Shipping  Information

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

 

​​We offer a worldwide service. There are various options available and these can be viewed once you proceed to the checkout page. 

 

Orders are delivered to the address provided at the booking stage & cannot be amended. Please ensure that these details are correct before completing your order.

Returning Goods

 

If you have received Goods in connection with an order you have made which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods to an address that we will provide you without delay and no later than 14 business days from when you received the Goods. 

 

Items returned must be with the original packaging, original labels intact and unused. We do not accept returns for items that have been washed, damaged, worn or altered in any way.

Once we have received your cancellation email, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such  cancellation via a durable Medium (by emails) within 48 hours.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel your order before the order has been shipped and before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel your order, before your goods have been dispatched we will refund payments received from you (excluding shipping costs).

If you cancel your order, we will refund payments received from you including shipping costs as long as your goods have not been shipped.

After Goods are shipped

 

In the event that  your order has been shipped we will reimburse the monies regarding the goods (excluding shipping cost).

 

Once the goods have been returned to us. Also satisfying our terms and conditions.

All refunds will be issued back onto the card that you used to make the initial payment with.

​

All refunds can take up 2-7 business working days. This is dependant on your banking society.

​

Again Items returned must be within its original packaging, original labels intact and unused.
