PRE-ORDER PART PAYMENT 

Pre-order Part Payment(PPP)

For items which are OUT OF STOCK we offer a ‘Pre-order Part Payment’ (PPP) service. This service allows customers to place orders for products which are currently unavailable or temporarily out of stock.

Procedure 

​

Once all the items required are selected, a part-payment of 50% must be paid to secure the order. Confirmation of the pre-order will be delivered to the email address provided. Deposit is Non-Refundable 

​

An email notification will also be sent informing you of the arrival of the order at the MONI LUXURY warehouse. Following your notification, you will also receive an invoice for the outstanding amount.

 

The outstanding balance must be payed within 7-10 before we ship your item. If you fail to make the payment within the time frame specified we will send you another email giving you 24hrs to pay .

If then fail to make this payment we then reserve the right to resell your bundles and again we do not issue any refunds.
